O'Hara Move Up To Binz Vito

Nicholas O'Hara, with three funeral homes, the head office in  Wimborne, Dorset, and  
two satellite operations, one in Verwood and the other in West Moors, has consolidated 
its Mercedes fleet with the purchase of a Vito removal vehicle from Binz.

Nicholas O'Hara comments, "We had previously operated with a Vito which had been converted abroad, so we were already looking at a Vito replacement when we went to the NFE at Stoneliegh earlier this year. When we visited the Binz stand and saw the quality of the Binz product we realised that this was ideal for our fleet.

"The previous Vito had racks hanging from the bulkhead to carry first call supplies and equipment. The Binz version has a well designed load area, finished to a very high level, which makes it easy to maintain to a hygienic standard. Not only that, it is equipped with storage drawers under the deck which keeps material neatly out of sight and out of harm's way."

Nicholas O'Hara added that their previous experience in dealing with Binz was exemplary and he had no qualms about making a repeat purchase from the Reading firm.

The purchase of the Vito gives O'Hara's an all-Binz fleet with which to serve their clientele in south Dorset. On a marketing level, the combination of Mercedes-Benz and Binz yield now a uniform premium brand image all the way through to the day of the funeral, whilst technical innovations such as the Vito's silent rise and fall deck all help in providing an unobtrusive and dignified service from first call onwards.
